Letter from the Administrator

We, as parents, are often overwhelmed by all the responsibilities of raising our children.  It is such a privilege to be a parent, but also it can be intimidating when we realize that we have been given stewardship over the most important pieces of God’s creation, those created in His image.  Educating them to be successful in life is one of those important responsibilities, but even more so, preparing them for eternity rests in our hearts even heavier.  That’s why we recognize that every moment is an opportunity to disciple our children to follow Christ, and we know school is no exception.

First Baptist School is attempting to do just that.  God has called First Baptist Church to both create, support, and push forward the ministry here at First Baptist School as a direct outlet of evangelism and discipleship.  It is a privilege to interact with each student, parent, and staff that are a part of this school.  It is a gift from God to walk alongside these lives in ministry.  We’ve been called by God to serve our community.

This is why I invite you to prayerfully consider if joining us at First Baptist School is an opportunity that God may be providing to help your child succeed academically, but also be discipled in Biblical truth towards conforming to the image of God.  We look forward to meeting you, and hopefully ministering to your family.
