Welcome to First baptist school

Our mission is to train, equip, and educate our students to impact the world for Christ.  Proverbs 22:6

First Baptist School strives to partner with families, First Baptist Church, and the community to equip students for life, academic success, and their spiritual calling.

In honor of our beloved Martha Martinez, First Baptist School is dedicating the month of September to her as we approach the one year anniversary of her passing. We are lovingly calling this month the “Martha Martinez Memorial Month”.
Martha was a gift to the students and faculty at FBS and served for 18 years. She shaped the lives of young children in our community for many years through her devotion, guidance, encouragement, and love. If you knew her, or had a child in her class, you know she was a gift giver. Giving gifts was certainly her love language! We are wanting to continue that spirit of giving to future FBS students as we honor her through the Martha Martinez Assistance Fund which was established shortly after her passing.
In a year alone, through generous donors like you, the Martha Martinez Assistance Fund has given scholarships to 11 Wee 3 & Pre-K children allowing her legacy to live on while beginning their Christian education.

First Baptist School might be a great fit for your child if :

  • Your family is committed to intentionally living out the Christian faith in your home.
  • You seek to partner with a school that prioritizes shepherding students’ hearts while integrating all learning with Christ at the center.
  • You are looking for a school that teaches your student to communicate effectively, reason critically, study independently, and serve faithfully.
  • You want a robust and rewarding academic program that draws out your child’s strengths and holds the bar high.
  • You appreciate small class sizes and a tight-knit community that fosters Christian culture.
  • You want your child to know that the Bible is our road map, and that it will lead us and guide us on this journey we call life.
